We recently joined The Open Group as a Silver Member and are at the beginning of our active involvement within the community.
Q. What do you do, and how long have you been doing it?
I lead EDU Trainings as CEO, where I focus on strategy, partnerships, and the development of professional training programs aligned with global standards. I have been working in professional education, IT frameworks, and organizational capability development for more than 15 years.
Q. Why did your organization become a Member of The Open Group Architecture Forum and what does/will your involvement look like?
We became a Member to align our training offerings with globally respected standards and to actively contribute to the education and certification ecosystem. Our involvement will focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and supporting the adoption of best practices through structured, high-quality training.
Q. How has/will membership in The Open Group benefit you, your organization, and the industry at large?
Membership strengthens our credibility, deepens our understanding of evolving standards, and enables closer cooperation with industry leaders. For the industry, this translates into better-prepared professionals, more consistent interpretation of frameworks, and higher overall quality in implementation and education.
Q. Why is it important for other organizations to join The Open Group?
The Open Group provides a neutral, collaborative environment where organizations can influence standards, stay ahead of industry changes, and ensure alignment across vendors, educators, and practitioners. Membership helps reduce fragmentation and increases trust in how frameworks are applied in practice.
Q. What are your hobbies?
I enjoy strategic reading, traveling, and exploring how technology and systems thinking intersect with human behavior and business performance.

I am currently reading Good to Great by Jim Collins, focusing on long-term excellence, disciplined leadership, and sustainable organizational performance.
Q. What social networks do you belong to?
Primarily LinkedIn, where I engage with professionals in IT, training, and business leadership.
Q. Any last thoughts?
We believe in building long-term partnerships with our customers and industry partners based on trust, expertise, and transparency. In our experience, it is sometimes better to give honest, high-quality advice for free than to sell an expensive solution that does not truly solve the problem. Sustainable value always comes before short-term transactions.
